SUMMER SEASON 2024:
April 8th 2024-July 20th 2024

**Parent/Family Member Volunteering is Mandatory at a minimum of 2 meets, family involvement is crucial, we can't run this team without you all!
New swimmers are asked to come for swim assessment and to meet our coaches the week of 4/8/2024, Monday- Thursday 5:40 pm-8:00pm. Come try out one day or all week with the team and see what the Amberjacks Family is all about!!
Starting 4/22/2024 Practice for all swimmers will be 6-7:30PM Monday-Thursday
**We can accept swimmers from all cities and towns not just Chicopee.
Swimmers will need to bring the following: Towel, Goggles, Swim Cap, Swim Suit, Water Bottle and bring swim fins if you have them. This season, though not mandatory, swimmers may also bring hand paddles and a snorkel (the kind that have a band around the head)
*Female swimmers must wear a one piece bathing suit.
New Families: Please note this is a competitive swim team. We will teach your swimmer all the strokes, however, any new swimmer must be able to already swim the full length of the pool twice unassisted.
Returning swimmers Practice will begin Monday 04/08. This summer season beginning Monday 4/22 we will be running one longer practice 6-7:30PM Monday through Thursday*. Check the Practices/Meets tab for days the pool is closed and rescheduled dates.
We will be swimming at Chicopee High School this season. Practices are held Monday through Thursday unless there is a holiday week or no school. Coaches will assign practice times. Any moves to a different practice will be determined by the coaches at that time. The above is subject to change depending on how many swimmers we have join this season, as we may need to move/add additional practice times.
*Registration Fee and Season Dues (subject to change):
- 1st Swimmer = $250 (includes the per *registration fee)
- 2nd Swimmer = $225 (includes the per *registration fee)
- 3rd Swimmer = $200 (includes the per *registration fee)
- High School/USA Swimmers =$250 per swimmer (Note: Discount for High School/USA Swimmers does not apply for the summer season, but the swimmer is eligible for the multi-swimmer discount instead)
*$50 non-refundable sign up fee is due on the first day the swimmer(s) returns to the pool, this registration process simply reserves a spot on the team for the current season and is per swimmer.
If you are unable to pay in full, we have an installment plan for season fees available on our Installments tab above.
You can pay by cash or check at the first practice.
**All swimmers must be paid in full TWO WEEKS before Championships. If
you are not paid in full by then your swimmer will not be able to
participate. Any outstanding dues will need to be paid prior to
participating in another season.
